Watch the trailer:
Wow, they're really going for it with Vigilante, aren't they? I want you to take a look at his comic book costume and tell me that you don't immediately want to see this guy on screen.

Arrow Season 5 Episode 10: Who Are You?
Ready for another piece of Arrow casting news that will bring the Batman fans out of the woodwork? Talia al Ghul is coming to Star City later on in Arrow Season 5. We've already spent considerable time with Nyssa al Ghul in previous seasons, but we never quite expected that her half-sister would make it to the show.
Well, it's happening. Lexa Doig (Andromeda, Continuum, Stargate SG-1) will play Talia, and we'll first meet her in Arrow season 5 episode 10, known as "Who Are You?". She is expected to appear in multiple episodes throughout the season after that.

Here's the official character description:
Worldly and cultured, Talia is an elite warrior who doesn't pick sides but rather creates her own.
Talia al Ghul first appeared in Detective Comics #411 in 1971, and she was created by Dennis O'Neil, Bob Brown, and Dick Giordano. While the daughter of one of Batman's greatest enemies, she has a soft spot for ol' Bruce and has aided him in the past. She's also the mother of his child, Damian Wayne. She's been a player in other media versions of Batman including Batman: The Animated Series and the 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises, where she was played by Marion Cotillard.
Any time Arrow starts treading in Batman waters, folks start getting excited. You'd think we'd have learned our lesson by now. Nevertheless, the way that Arrow has handled Ra's al Ghul, Nyssa, and the League of Assassins has been really smart, so this should fit right in.
