Timeless Episode 10 Trailer, Episode Guide, and More

NBC continues finding success with Timeless, a time travel procedural-type from the producers of The Blacklist that follows a scientist, soldier, and history professor who must use a time machine to stop a dangerous time-traveling criminal. 

Fortunately for fans of the show, NBC recently ordered an additional three episodes of Timeless bringing the total to 16 episodes for season 1.

Here's what we thought of the first episode, if you haven't yet checked it out. (You should. This show is a lot of fun.) And here's what we thought of the latest episode "Bonnie & Clyde."

What's in store for our merry band of time travelers next week? It's fall finale time, which means the stakes are very high. Also George Washington and Benedict Arnold are there as Lucy & co. are forced "to question whether they've been fighting on the wrong side this whole time" in "The Capture of Benedict Arnold." Yikes. And here's the official synopsis for "The Capture of Benedict Arnold":

A stunning turn during the American Revolution prompts Lucy (Abigail Spencer), Wyatt (Matt Lanter), and Rufus (Malcolm Barrett) to question whether they've been fighting on the wrong side this whole time. While Agent Christopher (Sakina Jaffrey) prepares for the worst back in present day, the team encounters the Father of the Country (Damian O'Hare), makes a dubious pact, and confronts the possibility they may not be a trio for long.

Timeless Season 1, Episode 2 "The Assassination of Abraham Lincoln"

Lucy (Abigail Spencer), Wyatt (Matt Lanter), and Rufus (Malcolm Barrett) chase terrorist Garcia Flynn (Goran Visnjic) to the night of Lincoln’s assassination, where they’re horrified to learn that Flynn’s linked up with history’s most notorious assassin, John Wilkes Booth (guest star Kelly Blatz). Putting aside a tragedy of her own, Lucy speculates that Flynn intends to send the fragile nation into chaos by making a bad thing worse, and a debate rages among the team: should they alter history if it means changing it for the better?

After landing in 1962 Las Vegas, Flynn (Goran Višnjic) has the team on the run with the era’s most infamous mistress.  During the restless, neon-lit night, Rufus (Malcolm Barrett) meets his old mentor Anthony Bruhl (guest star Matt Frewer), whose motives may be darker than anyone suspected.  Meanwhile, Lucy’s (Abigail Spencer) personal life is falling apart, Wyatt (Matt Lanter) attempts to change history for himself, and we discover Flynn intends to gamble with far more human life than we realized. While Rufus (Malcolm Barrett) and Lucy (Abigail Spencer) are set on an investigative course that leaves them both rattled to the core, Wyatt's (Matt Lanter) tragic past erupts, and the secrecy behind Flynn's hidden agenda begins to unravel. The team chases Garcia Flynn (Goran Višnjic) to 1754, but after he reveals his true intentions, they're forced to scramble through hostile territory. Meanwhile, Agent Christopher (Sakina Jaffrey) quietly investigates Connor Mason (Paterson Joseph), and Jiya (Claudia Doumit) has a hunch that Rufus (Malcolm Barrett) might be resourceful enough to open a line of communication with the present.
