Kaitlin Olson will be back to terrorize society as Mickey in The Mick season 2 on Fox.

As season one comes to a close, fans don’t have to worry about the status of The Mick season 2. Fox renewed The Mick back in February, the first pickup for the network for the 2017/2018 season. That means Mickey and the rest of the Pemberton family will be back to terrorize Connecticut for another season.
The Mick was originally slated for 13 episodes but Fox picked it up for an additional four. Early in the season, the show was reaching a multi-platform audience of more than 8 million viewers, according to Fox. Those initial numbers dipped, but The Mick has been steady all season.
The series follows wild woman Mickey who relocates to rich suburbs of Greenwich, Connecticut to look after her sister’s children. Olson stars as Mickey, and rounding out the cast is Sofia Black-D'Elia (Sabrina), Thomas Barbusca (Chip), Jack Stanton (Ben), Carla Jimenez (Alba), and Scott MacArthur (Jimmy).
Olson’s commitment to The Mick is expected to push back season 13 of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia to 2019.
We'll keep you posted for an official premiere date for The Mick season 2.
