It might take a while, but Marvel's Daredevil Season 3 will definitely happen on Netflix.
DaredevilSeason 3 was officially confirmed at the 2016 San Diego Comic-Con, not that there was really much doubt that this was going to happen. Of course, there isn't a ton of news to report just yet, but here's the little bit that we do know...

Daredevil Season 3 Release Date
Word came out of the TCAs that any hopes you had of a quarterly schedule for Marvel Netflix shows are being smashed. DaredevilSeason 3 and Jessica JonesSeason 2 won't happen until after The Defenders, so it will probably be 2018 before we get them.
Deborah Ann Woll confirmed that in a recent interview with Seat 42F. "Well, our specific next season is so far in the future," she said. "They have to get Defendersout first. I speak with Doug [Petrie] and Marco [Ramirez] every once in a while and they’re hard at work."
Iron Fist is now wrapping up production, so we'll probably see that around spring of 2017 (and might get an official release date announced at NYCC in October) . The Defenders might shoot before the end of 2016 and we'll get that in 2017, too.
Daredevil Season 3 Cast
Expect everyone who survived season two to return for a third season, and as you'll see below, Vincent D'Onofrio is likely to appear again. Jon Bernthal's Punisher is a natural to expect, as well. And maybe we'll get some guest slots from Mike Colter as Luke Cage or Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones!
Daredevil Season 3 Villain
Charlie Cox told ScreenRantthat he knows who he wants to see in it. "I can’t imagine doing a run of Daredevil where Bullseye doesn’t show up at some point," Cox said. He did admit he would love to see more of the Kingpin, too. "It’d be great if at some point Vincent D’Onofrio would come back for a season. There’s so much Daredevil-Wilson Fisk left untold."

Co-showrunner Doug Petrie would seem to agree, telling The Hollywood Reporterthat "we know that fans want to see more of [Kingpin]. We know that the canon and the authors have afforded us some really interesting choices in where to go with Wilson Fisk and Matt Murdock. We're glad that the vault is full and we get to pick and choose, but we're certainly not at a place where we've picked or chosen just yet."

Daredevil Season 3 Bullseye
Seriously. They have to give us Bullseye this time around, right? They've made us wait long enough. But they need to get somebody perfect for the role. Jason Statham springs to mind...
