Outcast season 2 is coming to Cinemax in 2017. Here's the trailer.

Outcast Season 2 was confirmed before season one even aired on Cinemax. That's pretty impressive. The show, which is based on the comic by Robert Kirkman (The Walking Dead), had its world premiere at SXSW in 2016, and the screening was followed by a panel.
Robert Kirkman shared his thoughts about working on the the show: "Outcast has been a passion project of mine for many years. Seeing it come together has been a huge thrill for me. What we’ve been able to achieve on Cinemax, with its unprecedented creative freedom, frankly, almost scares me at times."
"Going into the first season of Outcast, we knew that Robert Kirkman had once again created a world that would scare us to our core," said Kary Antholis, head of Original Programming at Cinemax. "But what he, Chris Black, and the rest of their team have delivered has exceeded even those high expectations. We believe our viewers will immediately be sucked into Outcast's intense and creepy landscape, which is why we have chosen to pick up a second season."
You can watch Outcastseason 1 on Amazon Prime, and the series hits iTunes on October 31st.
